BTW - I love that combo, I was actually thinking of doing that myself but I had a hard time looking for boots to go with it so I just ended up getting the entire 1.5k set (I don't like the 15k set, doesn't seem as nice... probably because less skin is shown

Now that I got my hands on my Kurzick gear I got to finish my armor mix for my Ranger:

I like the mix a lot and I'm really happy with it. He has full sets of the 15 studded and Kurzick. Didn't bother getting full 1.5k sets.

This is my only character that I dyed black only and nothing else (no mixes) to match my pet:

Not confirmed dire I admit but when it fought my friend's black moa at the same beast mastery level and without using any skills to help it easily won by doing a lot more damage.

I did train the pet for a little bit just incase and it may have payed off. I like to think its dire even if its not. :P
